Nice Tune

It's very tranquil. It's got a steady rhythm. You might need to work with the timing of the drums/symbols at several places, but overall, it's a nice little tune.

Unfortunately for me, my finals are this week, so I still have a week to go before I can truly enjoy this song. Oh well...

Great Use of Chiptune

I like this a lot. It's god a catchy tune and the beat mixes well with the chiptune sounds.

Catchy!

I can totally see this as an Airship theme of some sort or a Staff Role theme. Big Blue Sky is definitely a fitting title. Keep up the good work!

This is ART!

The piece flows together well. It truly instills an indescribable mood. It seems to me like it captures every emotion... Love... Anger... Sorrow... And a sense of wonder.

It has a beautiful melody, and the mix of synths, piano, and the faint square waves reminiscent of chiptunes placed subtly throughout the mix creates a cohesive, complete, and utterly astonishing whole.

Instantly Favorited, 5/5, 10/10, and Downloaded.

NemesisTheory responds:

Thank you! Funny you noticed those chiptunes haha, I found it odd how well they blended in, but liked them enough to just let them stay in. :) It's nice to hear that you liked them. XD

Thanks a lot for the votes, review and download! :D

I like this tune!

It's catchy. My only problem is with that deep drum beat. Sometimes it feels like it mixes poorly with the other sounds, and I feel like my ears are ringing. It's an ear-phone effect.

Still, it's a catchy tune. Keep up the good work!

Bunnymajs responds:

Thnx dude :)
and about the kick.. i'll look it over for ya, perhaps it's a prob :)

Simply Great

You really did a good job of capturing an intense battle sequence without the noise drums. It's a nice a melody too! Keep up the good work!

SilentTakedown responds:

So I don't need them. :D
Thanks!

Nice!

I agree with your opinion. This IS possibly the greatest song and challenging trainer battle in the Pokémon franchise. I would prolong the fight just to listen to it again and again.

Your arrangement is good, and I like the added bit from the pre-battle dialogue scene. However, it's a little too ambient and looses the original intensity. It needs a deeper bass-line added. Several of the samples create a static sound at certain points, which needs looking into for future pieces. The pre-battle dialogue music could have transitioned a little better, too.

Great piece, though. Keep up the good work!

Brings Back Memories

This brings back good memories of the SNES days. It's pretty good.

I only have one concern. The melody is drowned out a lot. Other than that, it's awesome. Great job!

Nice Melody

It's got a nice melody and conveys that medieval or piratical sound perfectly. It also has a variety of variations to the melody to make it listenable for hours!

Keep up the good work!

DJ-Gerian responds:

Thanks, I just might do that =P.

Wow.... Beatufiul!

The piece creates an upbeat, spacey atmosphere while still hinting at a slight touch of somberness that is typically associated with night scenes.

Your use of sound works perfectly. A great choice of synthesizers and instruments.

It's highly cinematic too. Great job!
